New Unpopable Album Out!

Addi’s balloon band Unpopable is a duo with Henry Bermudez on guitar. After giggin around LA for a couple years, Unpopable has just released their first album, “The Gift/Curse Combo.”

Produced by Gabriel “Frontrow” Rowland, it features guest appearances by NYC jazz drummer Kenny Wollesen and reggae dub legend The Scientist, along with some other talented friends.

“Even before I became a balloon hat maker, I always wanted to be a musician, but severely lacked the talend,” explains Addi. “But once I learned how to make and play the balloon bass, with was a dream come true. And meeting Henry, we have a great intuitive musical bond, so that was even more amazing.” As far as what the record sounds like, Addi says that “every song sounds different - some songs have drums, other have tenor sax or cornet, a couple have vocals... There are lots of unique sounds and surprises. Basically we wanted to make a record that would be fun to listen to on a road trip and I think we did - I am really proud of this record.”
